Ms. Emily opened West Miami Montessori in August of 2016 after working in the education field for 14 years and falling in love with the Montessori method of education. She is the school's administrator as well as one of the Primary Lead Directresses and VPK Teacher. She is a Florida certified teacher in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Student with Exceptionalities. She also holds a Montessori Certification in Primary Education.

Ms. Lily has been with West Miami Montessori since it opened its doors in August of 2016. She is the schools Assistant Directress as well as the Infant/Toddler Lead directress. She holds a CDA in Early Childhood Education and is also Montessori Certified in Infant/Toddler Education. Ms. Lily is a wonderful example of a nurturing and loving directress who shines in her ability to educate our youngest children! She is always available to lend a hand and we couldn't be more grateful to have her with us!

Ms. Yosi has been with West Miami Montessori for the last two years. She works alongside Ms. Lily in our Infant/Toddler classroom. She is currently working on her Montessori Certification in Infant/Toddlers as well as her CDA in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Yosi demonstrates an incredible work ethic and love for working with our infants. She is an incredible team player and has the kindest heart! We are looking forward to having her lead our Infant class for the upcoming year and to watch her succeed in her teaching abilities! 

Ms. Jenni has been with West Miami Montessori for the last two years. She started with the school as an aftercare teacher. Over time, her incredible ability to teach children, to nurture them, and to create such a positive environment were noticed and she was given the opportunity to further her education in order to lead her own class. She received her Montessori Certification in Primary Education and has been a Primary Lead Directress since. She is a remarkable educator with an incredible heart and we look forward to having her with us for many years!   

Ms. Milly has been with West Miami Montessori since it opened its doors in August of 2016. Ms. Emily and Ms. Milly taught together over the years, and it was such a blessing to have her join the team at WMMLA. Ms. Milly began as one of our primary co-teachers. And although she had plenty of Montessori experience, she went ahead and dedicated herself to completing her formal Montessori training. She now holds her Certification in Primary Education and leads one of our Primary classes. Ms. Milly is loved by students and parents. Her happy disposition is infectious, and we are so thankful to have her as part of our amazing staff. 

Ms. Garcia has been with West Miami Montessori for the past two years. She came to WMMLA after 17 years with another Montessori school who closed its doors due to the pandemic. What an incredible gift that was! Since starting here, she has worked alongside Mrs. Emily as a co-directress. Ms. Garcia has incredible classroom management and a fantastic work ethic. In addition to her Montessori experience, she holds a CDA in Early childhood education. As a result, her transition into the school was seamless and she is truly Ms. Emily's right hand in the classroom. She is a remarkable educator and colleague who treats parents and students alike with care and love. We are grateful to have her as part of our school!
